Regular seasons only, each counted as 100 games (scaled from its length, the most games any team played: 82 in most NBA seasons, 50 and 66 in the lockouts, 28 to 44 in the WNBA), so leagues and eras compare. The record is a .500 team with the player: 50 plus their wins above average out of 100. Careers add up their seasons, ABA and NBA together, 100 games each. The season in progress counts its full schedule.
